RECRUITMENTS & HEAD HUNTING – Pro Mentor is a professional executive search firm and Consultants helps in Executive placements and also offering comprehensive recruiting and assessment solutions. Our consultants bring a wealth of experience to help our clients find and retain top leadership talent. We work closely with clients and candidates to create the perfect match through superior methods and a commitment to our profession
RECRUITMENT AD’S – Pro Mentor provides the services of Recruitment Ad’s in the print media. We design the layout and ad content based on the requirement given by the client.
PRE RECRUITMENT TESTS – PMC conducts pre employment tests for its clients. The process of designing pre employment tests will be done by understanding the client requirement and involves client representative while drafting the questionnaire. The pre employment tests include technical, psychometric, emotional quotient, intelligence quotient and some questions on reasoning and English language.
MASS RECRUITMENTS (JOB FAIRS) – BPO’s / KPO’s will do mass recruitments for their Customer care Executives requirements. Pro Mentor organizes Job Fairs / Mela at different locations to identify the required people for the BPO’s / KPO’s / Call Centers.
EVENT MANAGEMENT – In due course PMC is planning to start the Event Management services, which include Team Building games, Fun Activities, Project Completion Parties, Get -together, New Year Celebrations etc.
KNOWLEDGE SHARING (WORKSHOPS, SEMINARS) – Pro Mentor is closely associated with CHRP (Consortium of HR Professionals a professionals) set up of HR professionals and work along with CHRP (Which is functioning now at Bangalore, and will be available shortly to all across global) in conducting programs like seminars, workshops, panel discussions, training etc.
TRAVEL & TRANSPORT MANAGEMENT (DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL) – PMC provides Travel and transport arrangements for their client’s requirements. We do Domestic and International bookings also.
EMPLOYEE VERIFICATION (REFERENCE CHECK) – Pro Mentor do reference check on candidates prior to the interview on behalf of clients at no charges as add on services. This service is available exclusively on paid basis also.
CORPORATE TRAINING (SOFT SKILL) – Pro Mentor provides customized onsite training and development programs to corporate companies, Government Sector, Associations, Universities, and other organizations who want to train people in the skills rarely taught, like MDP, EDP, Communication Skills, Management Skills, Organizational Visioning for Top Management, Negotiation Skills, Customer Service etc.
