Established in 1971, ISP is the FIRST SARI STORE in the United States. The Premier Sari store began serving Washington DC Metro area since 1979.
Not only Saris, by offering other Indian specialty products we strive to make our community feel here home away from home.
Our proudest moments include when our finest costumes were selected for display in a Cancer Research-Fundraising Cultural Gallery* organized by Singapore Embassy in Washington DC. It is noteworthy that Former President George Bush and Mrs. Barbara Bush were the Guests of Honors during this event on March 16, 2004.
