ACT USA is active in the Open Source community. Founder, Stuart Sheldon is the Technical Chairperson for SCALE (Southern California Linux Expo). ACT USA is also active in the community, promoting Open Source and working with public schools to get technology to the students. Our staff sits on technology boards, allows job shadowing for educators, and acts as a consultant for various non-profit organizations. ACT USA also provides technical support for the YMCA for Southeast Ventura County free of charge.
